PAGIBIG FUND IN PHILIPPINES

A lot of you guys specially the OFW's are not aware that you can avail loans from pagibig in the Philippines specially housing loans. A lot of us are having problem with financing houses that we want to buy so we always resort to banks to provide us financing loans but what we don't know is that we can avail of pagibig loans with low interest and with option to shorten the payment term later on. I've taken interest to post to this blog the programs of our government and how we can avail of these. If you're not a member yet, it's not a problem, all you have to do is apply to become a member pay the membership fee and the equivalent 2 years payment of a member then you can avail of these loans.

MULTIPURPOSE LOAN

Purchase of appliance and furniture

SPECIAL STL PROGRAM

The Program provides financial assistance to Pag-IBIG member-victims in calamity-stricken areas.

  3. PAG IBIG Fund Philippines is very helpful to people who want to buy house. There are low cost housing projects that hosted by PAG IBIG.
